Dinner at Miragem moves around the table. The menu is a run of small plates built on fresh, local ingredients, and the pleasure is in ordering a few at a time, passing them along, and letting the table taste everything.
The bar sets the room's rhythm. Signature cocktails, built around tropical fruit, arrive as the light drops and the tables fill, and the evening takes its tone from there.
Behind the restaurant, on the same plot and the same stacked stone, Villa Oasis is the sibling project, a private villa run by the same hands.
Wednesday to Monday, 6pm to 11pm. Closed Tuesdays.
